About this role
Jigsaw Developmental Services is looking for a BCBA to build and manage a home-based and school-based caseload serving families in South Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and surrounding East Valley communities.
This is a field-based role designed for a clinician who thrives outside a clinic — someone who values the relationships built through in-home work, the challenge of naturalistic intervention, and the collaboration that comes with supporting children in school settings. You will have a manageable caseload, a flexible schedule, and direct clinical support from our Biltmore team.
What you will do
- ✓Carry a home-based and school-based caseload in South Tempe and the East Valley
- ✓Conduct functional behavioral assessments in home and school settings
- ✓Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals
- ✓Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home and in-school direct services
- ✓Collaborate with school IEP teams, special education staff, and teachers
- ✓Provide parent and caregiver training in the home environment
- ✓Complete session notes and treatment plans accurately and on time
- ✓Coordinate regularly with the clinical team at our Biltmore center
What we require
- •BCBA or BCBA-D certification — active and in good standing
- •Arizona LBA licensure required (or eligible and willing to obtain immediately)
- •Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- •Experience with home-based or school-based ABA services strongly preferred
- •Comfortable working independently in naturalistic environments
- •Reliable vehicle and valid Arizona driver's license — mileage reimbursed
- •Must pass Arizona state and federal background check
Compensation & benefits
- ✓Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
- ✓Arizona LBA licensure fees paid by Jigsaw
