What an RBT Does at Jigsaw
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at Jigsaw Developmental Services implement individualized ABA therapy programs for children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is direct-care, one-on-one work — you'll spend your day helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based methods.
RBTs at Jigsaw collect behavioral data, implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), run discrete trial training (DTT) and naturalistic teaching sessions, and communicate daily with supervising BCBAs about client progress.

Do I Need RBT Certification to Apply?
RBT certification is required for this role. If you don't yet have your RBT, you can still apply — we welcome candidates who are committed to obtaining their RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
